My Story
My name is Joseph Carro, and I've been a writer since I was a kid, although more recently at age 40 I published my first book as a co-author with my uncle (Paul Carro) out in Los Angeles. I have a Master's Degree in Creative Writing, which I received from the amazing Stonecoast MFA Program in southern Maine.

It's been a long road, full of adventure and setbacks and sorrow. I have a long journey ahead of me, still. Right now, I'm living in Woodford, Vermont having just spent three years in Mobile, Alabama during the pandemic. My home state is still Maine where I grew up and lived most of my life. There's no telling where I may end up next, but I do know I've made the choice to make writing more than just a hobby in my life.
